How Do I Make a Payment?
There are many convenient ways to pay your association assessments!
You can write and mail a check, or use your banks online bill pay. Checks must be made payable to the Association where you own a home, and mailed to PO Box 95553, Las Vegas, NV 89193-9553. (This isn't a scam, we use a payment processor for enhanced security and to keep our fees and your assessments affordable.)
You can also click the Make A Payment button in your association portal, and follow the prompts from there (processing fees apply). Can't find your portal link? Click on Associations above, and click on your community, and this should take you to your log in.
You can also pay directly to the association bank using this link:
https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home?cmcid=03D44F52
You will need your account number, association ID, and the Management ID 7500 to use this system.
For your security, our office does not accept in person payments or cash.

What is my Association Portal?
Our Association portal is your one-stop online hub for all things related to your community. It allows you to conveniently access important documents, manage your account, add tenant accounts or co-owners, and stay informed about your neighborhood through the community newsfeed.
The community newsfeed is like a neighborhood-centric social media platform. You can use it to list items for sale, promote your business or recommend a trusted contractor, share alerts, report lost and found items, and keep up with the latest association news.
In addition to the newsfeed, the portal also provides a community calendar for events, a space to submit architectural review applications if you're planning changes to the exterior of your home, and the option to opt in to and print the community directory. Essentially, it's your go-to resource for all things related to your association.
